sleeping app specific for students.
the system will use, user-reported information.
then will generate insights, predictions, or recommendations for the students based on their sleep patterns or needs.
such as sleep duration, quality, habits, mood, etc. to provide personalized sleep coaching.
for helping students regulate their sleep. can potentially improve their sleep quality and quantity, which in turn can benefit their academic, physical, and mental health.
Example: The system can notice that after a while the student’s sleep pattern has begun to decline, coinciding with the exam period, and it starts sending suggestions to help him sleep and what are the risks of not paying attention to the matter, such as forgetfulness, stress and anxiety.
