Phase 2- After Instructor’s approval on their selection of leader, groups will focus on data collection and analysis. This means, groups will also mention in the report what kind of data they are going to collect and how? (Interviews through zoom/skype; questionnaires through email/survey monkey; calling the chosen leader or his/her followers). You must collect some data on your chosen leader’s industry too (ex- If your leader comes from manufacturing industry, then who are his/her local competition? What are the strengths and weaknesses for this industry in the current market? And so on). Provide a 2/3-page report on collected data and simple analysis.
