a. Determine the best possible recruiting technique and/or platform for your workplace and thoroughly explain why this would be the best. Include pros and cons specific to this workplace.
2. What are some key requirements for implementing and evaluating an HR Plan? Explain why they are needed.
3. Explain at least 2 different personnel policies, and how they affect the recruiting process. (Do not just say they make it easier or harder, you must actually explain the effects on the process. )
